The promise

Our promise

Premium everyday rice with trusted taste and consistent quality.

NatureNest Essentials Pvt Ltd is a Karnataka agribusiness built around one grain. We buy Sona Masoori paddy from local farms, mill it on a modern line, and put it through optical sorting before it is ever sealed into a pack — for households, and for the traders who stock them.

Three pillars

What holds up every pack

Consistent quality, hygienic processing, pure and natural — the values we started with, and the three things we check before a sack leaves the mill.

  • Raw Sona Masoori grains in close-up, even in length and colour

    I

    Consistent Quality

Every lot is graded to the same specification, so the rice a household buys in March behaves the same way in the pot as the rice they buy in November.

  • A closed, mechanised packing line filling rice sacks

    II

    Hygienic Processing

Paddy moves through a closed, mechanised line. Fewer hands on the grain means less contamination and a cleaner pack at the far end.

  • Hands holding a ripe paddy panicle in late sunlight

    III

    Pure & Natural

Sortex-cleaned to remove stones, discoloured grains and foreign matter. Nothing added to the grain — the aroma is the paddy's own.

Paddy to pack

The path every grain walks

Five checkpoints between the field and your shelf. None of them is optional.

  1. Step 01

    Sourced

Paddy is bought from farms across the Tungabhadra belt of Karnataka — the same command area that has grown Sona Masoori for generations.

  2. Step 02

    Graded

Incoming lots are checked for moisture and broken percentage before they are accepted. Off-spec paddy is turned away at the gate, not blended in.

  3. Step 03

    Milled

Modern rubber-roll hulling and gentle polishing keep the grain intact, so the finished rice holds its shape rather than breaking down into starch.

  4. Step 04

    Sortex cleaned

Optical sorting removes stones, husk, discoloured grains and foreign matter — the step that separates a premium pack from an ordinary one.

  5. Step 05

    Packed

Filled and sealed on a hygienic line into moisture-resistant packs, batch-coded, and stacked for local, wholesale and export dispatch.

In the kitchen

Soft on the plate, forgiving in the pot

Sona Masoori is the everyday rice of South India — light, lightly aromatic, and quick to cook. Three steps to a good pot.

  1. 01

    Rinse

Wash 2–3 times until the water runs clear.

  2. 02

    Measure

Add 2 cups of water for every 1 cup of rice.

  3. 03

    Cook

Cook on a medium flame for 10–12 minutes, or until the rice is soft and fully cooked.
